Regulations on the Procedure for Implementing the Right to Academic Mobility by Participants in the Educational Process of RSHU

International academic mobility of research and teaching staff, candidates for the degree of Doctor of Sciences

List of documents that participants of academic mobility need to submit to the Centre for International Relations and Work with Foreign Students of RSHU:

• original or copy of the invitation to participate in the academic mobility programme with specified funding conditions of the academic mobility programme and its translation into Ukrainian;
• agreement on academic mobility between the University and the participant of academic mobility.

International academic mobility of higher education students

To participate in the academic mobility programme, the higher education applicant submits the following documents to the Centre for International Relations and Work with Foreign Students of RSHU:

• a photocopy of the foreign passport (first page);
• motivation letter with the applicant's personal signature;
• recommendation letter from one of the lecturers of the graduating department, certified by the signature of the head of the department;
• an extract from the credit and examination session for the previous academic year with the specified average grade, certified by the academic department;
• certificate confirming proficiency in a foreign language at least at level B2;
• documents (diplomas, certificates, etc.) that confirm the academic achievements of the higher education applicant and their participation in the public life of the University.
