International Relations
and Work with Foreigne Students
The Centre for International Relations and Work with Foreign Students is a structural unit of Rivne State Humanities University, which ensures and coordinates the international activities of the university..
Main tasks of the Centre:
- searching for and expanding international contacts for the signing of international cooperation agreements;
- planning at the University of events related to international activities such as conferences, symposiums, seminars, round tables, and other events on international topics;
- provision of information support regarding international grants, scholarships, and competitions for students and staff;
- attracting foreign students for study at the university;
- the preparation and issuance of invitations to foreign citizens;
- organisation providing educational services to foreign citizens;
- organisation of exchange programmes, dual degree programmes, and joint research projects with foreign partners;
- provision of reports on the department's areas of work.
Electronic Registration
Applicants must independently create an account in the Unified Interdepartmental Information System of Ukraine for Foreigners and Stateless Persons: https://apply.studyinukraine.gov.ua/.
The system is used to submit study applications and receive invitations for study
Application Submission
Applicants may apply to several universities.
The processing fee for each application is 3100 UAH (paid by the applicant).
Educational Documents
At the time of application, educational documents must have an apostille or consular legalization (depending on the country of issue). Documents without proper authentication will not be considered, and the application fee is non-refundable.
Document Language
All documents must be translated into Ukrainian and notarized. If the original document is in English, translation is not required.
Validity of Invitation
The electronic invitation is valid for 6 months.
Processing Time
The process of registration, document verification, and issuing of invitations takes at least 2 weeks. Expedited processing is not available.
